We are not responsible for damages due to pre-existing HVAC issues, misuse by guests, or failure to follow maintenance recommendations. Property access must be arranged prior to service. Appointments canceled within 24 hours may incur a fee. If you offer emergency or after-hours service, clarify any extra charges and availability. Emergency services are available subject to technician availability and may include additional charges. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
